Tu has nine years practicing exclusively in the IP field, covers both prosecution and enforcement matters. He assists many clients from startups to blue-chips to establish and protect their IP rights against infringers, including both online and offline infringements. He also help the clients to secure and manage their IP portfolio not only in Vietnam but also in the Southeast Asia and over the world. Prior to co-founding March IP, he previously worked for a top tier Vietnam IP law firm and two reputed British IP law firms as well as working as an in-house counsel for an international retail conglomerate.
